  • Abstract
    Work was carried out in order to make the results of accelerated life test of the cycle-life products more accurate. Two kinds of products which both use cycle numbers as a main life indicator were mentioned to explain the essence of cycle-life of product. And by analyzing the latest research results of their failure mechanisms, possible improvements of cycle conditions were discussed. Then some useful advice was proposed to improve the accelerated life tests of the products above-mentioned.
