Abstract :
High-tech companies encounter great challenges to transfer their complex technologies to developing and emerging markets due to the characteristics of technology, receiver and receiving country. By utilizing the diffusion of innovation theory and a case study method, a framework for new and innovative IT-enhanced technology transfer is presented which facilitates improved performance of the transfer of complex technology
