Abstract :
In this paper, the Agent theory is used for the planning and design of network course platform, and focus on the analysis of improving the learning experience and improving the learner wishes and interests to use intelligent network course platform (Hereinafter referred to as the NLCP), and the teachers´ use of network course platform also has the corresponding incentive mechanism. INCP innovates the pattern of network course platform and improves the network course platform learning effect and utilization.
