Abstract :
In this paper we studied the relationship between firm- internal social capital and technical innovation, and tried to confirm whether learning orientation and knowledge energy are important mediation factors. Through theory analysis, we built research framework and constructed structural equation model, and then carried out an empirical research on 211 enterprises which come from South China.
