Abstract
With the constantly changing information technology and business environments, the capability to accurately assess information system strategic planning (ISSP) complexity appears to be a key factor in improving ISSP performance. The major aim of this paper is to develop conception frames and measurement models of the ISSP complexity. The measures developed provide a sound foundation for future research in ISSP complexity and also have important practical implications.
