Abstract :
Continuous change is not a new phenomenon for supply chain management (SCM). However the rate, scale and unpredictability of change in today´s business environment are seriously challenging supply chains. This paper proposes the need for a greater understanding of relationship between supply chain integration (SCI) and supply chain collaboration (SCC) and the importance to study SCI models with collaboration theory. Thus the paper is organized as follows: First, we make a presentation of the necessity to research on supply chains by combining the integration with collaboration, and propose that SCC is the development trend of SCM; then a model for dynamic supply chain integration network based on collaboration theory is developed and will be discussed in different hierarchies; and the end, the model will be analyzed with non-linear Polya processes. The result will be used in the next stage of research.
