Abstract
Informatization is an inevitable demand when an enterprise faces a new competitive environment. The transformation of the organization structure of an enterprise is an efficient approach that the enterprise makes fully use of information technology to enhance its competitiveness. In this paper, the trends that an enterprise is transforming its organization structure for adapting to the development of modern enterprises are described firstly. And then how information technology promotes the transformation of the organization structure of an enterprise is analyzed. Finally, it is proposed that the organization structure of an enterprise have to be transformed for conforming to the applications and development of information technologies.
