Abstract :
This article introduces a reliability growth assessment method, using dynamic modeling idea combined with middle-position rank in statistic based on the analysis of the reliability growth management statuesque of weapons in the R&D phase and the characters showed in the phase-by-phase testing as well as small sample examination. The method can be applies to multi-phase and multi-environment test in a simple and visible manner, and parameter assessment becomes easier as well.
