Abstract :
The ship sailing line is composed of five information processes in this paper. Conception of Safety Entropy of ship, which is based on the principle of information entropy, is also put forward, we can calculate the entropy of ship Safety, taking advantage of entropy weight to ensure the proportion of five information units and the factors of safety. So efficient assessment of the safety of ship can be made and testified by theory and example based on the model of discussion, which is a new exploration to estimate the safety of ships.
