Abstract :
This paper introduces that launch vehicle CZ-2F which take on the Chinese Manned Space Flight Engineering make use of reliability growth management reasonably from development to Y7. Engineer not only control the risk which is brought from applying new technology, but also enhance reliability from CZ-2E 0.91 to Y7 0.9807 by applying reliability design, reliability analysis, reliability test and electric component control again and again. CZ-2F reliability growth supported Chinese Manned Space Flight Engineering to success effectively, and made a pattern to promote next step development of Chinese Manned Space Flight Engineering.
