Research on Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Protection Tactics in Inter-Enterprise Cooperative Innovation: Perspective of Knowledge Transfer

Knowledge transfer in cooperative innovation between enterprises has the possibility of infringing intellectual property right (IPR). The paper analyzes the tactics choice of IPR management organizations and enterprises using the evolutionary game theory, and explains the tactics choice of IPR owner and its partner through simplified game tree analysis. Strengthening IPR management in cooperative innovation needs propaganda, legislation, organization, and other behaviors of government´s IPR management organizations on one hand, on the other hand, IPR owner should protect IPR through perfect cooperative contracts, improving prospective cooperation earnings, enhancing cooperation process control and other measures.
