Abstract :
The use of computer-based technology is becoming more prevalent in the classroom. It is the authors´ hypothesis that due to the rapid changes in communication and computing, current students are much more demanding of instant feedback. As such, they have attempted to develop interactive tools to assist student learning. Their initial efforts have focussed on developing an interactive website. Base groups were used to provide both intellectual and emotional support to students.
