Abstract :
This paper describes the examination of use of ontologies with an user-centric approach for manufacturing knowledge acquisition. We have studied systematization, retrieval on manufacturing information. This research is focused on the use of ontology and propose the knowledge navigation platform with ontology-based modeling for user interface. This also has terminology connection search and the automation support method in vocabulary collection and class definition for automatic ontology generation. The interface of the process model based on ontology is expected to let users recognize their standard procedure. And the ontology generation from text resources may be effective use of unstructured data.
