Abstract :
Aiming at the problems of traditional reliability data processing method in dealing with Zero-Failure binomial data, it has proposed a reliability assessment method which do not to make use of the few binomial data but the metric data. It could reduce the uncertainty in the reliability assessment and analysis. The arming reliability assessment of a certain fuse was taken for an example finally. The assessment result was very close to its true reliability level and the correctness of this method was proved then. It has put forward a new approach for the reliability assessment of high reliable products.
