Abstract :
Security risk evaluation is a multi-objective decision-making problem, which refers to lots of factors, and the indices system of evaluation play a very important role. Based on the former experience of indices system´s design, this paper emphasizes on the filtration of indices, the validity and reliability of indices system. In addition, the paper establishes design idea and principle of indices system, and also establishes an indices system of security risk evaluation for electric power optical-fiber communications network. The indices system is optimized, and attribute weights of indices are ensured by analytical hierarchy process. Through using some theory of statistics and mathematical statistics, the validity and reliability of the indices system are validated.
