  • Abstract
    This paper gives the relevant human error induced from design error/defect based on the home and abroad information. The procedure of the checks and analyses are established to identify the design error/defect resulting in human error. And the FMEA method is applied to perform analyses of the human error effects. The purpose is to provide the design modification action for eliminating/decreasing the design error/defect in order to increase reliability and safety of helicopter.
