Abstract :
In this paper, we employ a simple Pi-shaped microstrip line structure using lumped component resonators to design a dual-band Wilkinson power divider. This structure is based on the prototype of the conventional Wilkinson power divider working at higher frequency f1. In order to obtain good performance at lower frequency f2 as well, we added open-circuited stubs connected with resonators on the initial circuit. Further, one of the open-circuited stubs can be shared with adjacent Pi-shaped circuit and all of the stubs are putted inside of the divider, compactness is kept efficiently. The Simulation results by employing 2.5D EM simulator are in good agreement with measured results.
