Abstract :
This paper introduces the concept of information chain, in which knowledge is an important node. We firstly discuss the five nodes in information chain, then focus on the knowledge node and deliberate the knowledge transformation process, the research contents of knowledge management and its evolution, reveal the effect of information technology in knowledge transformation and knowledge management.
