Abstract
China is the world´s fastest growing market for Internet users. For businesses operating on the global business plane, how to make effective use of the Internet to brings about a significant transformation in business practices? How to integrate market resources more effectively, and enhance their competitiveness? This paper attempts to provide some ideas for reference. This paper deeply analyzes the impact of internet on traditional business operations and management. We find that E-commerce is only a demonstration of competitive strategy to try for traditional businesses a few years ago, today they have become necessary as a strategy. Based on the fact of China´s companies, we find out that entrepreneur should have strong sense of Internet, re-design the development strategy, push the corporate innovation forward and improve the investment on Internet and Human Resources.
