Abstract :
The charge plan of steelmaking and continuous casting is summed up as a optimal problem with time constriction based on the production rules of the steelmaking-continuous casting and the need of the integrated production. Further, the mathematics model of charge plan of steelmaking and continuous casting is established. To solve the model, the improving genetic algorithms are proposed to find an optimal solution. The computation with practical data shows the model and algorithm is effective and feasible.
