Abstract
The paper outlined a multilayered multi-agent architectural theory of data mining, mainly focuses on the application of multilayered multi-agent data mining architecture to the banking domain. It describes the necessity of data mining in banking and illustrates mapping of problem solving ontology of the multilayered multi-agent data mining architecture to the CRM manager´s problem solving process in the banking domain.
