Abstract :
Under the concentration conditions, it is important to manage the operating temperature of CPV module, because the high density solar energy is emitted to the solar cell. The operating temperature is a dominant factor for CPV module efficiency. We analyzed the temperature distribution in a 820X module modified in order to measure the temperature and output of each receiver. As the results, the relationship between the operating temperature and the module efficiency was clarified.
