Abstract :
Low-carbon development is the inevitable trend of national economic development, and as one of the main pollution sources towards urban environment, it is advisable for port to implement a low-carbon withdrawal mechanism, which has become a realistic choice in sustainable development of port city. The necessity of port low-carbon withdrawal mechanism is firstly explained in the paper, and then four operation modes of port low-carbon withdrawal mechanism suitable for Chinese ports are summarized, namely housing & habitation mode, business & office mode, culture & entertainment mode and environment-protection mode. Finally the coordination development degree is used as the implementation condition of port low-carbon withdrawal mechanism, in order to provide a new idea for realizing the sustainable development of ports in China.
