Abstract
There are many deficiencies in business software system development. One of the most important is the developed system can´t change adaptively when the business upper management pattern change. For different patterns, management software system is different too. It´s necessary to analyze the main influencing factors of management pattern and their effects. To design and realize management system agilely, we try to divide management pattern into multiple levels and components. At the same time, we may divide business software system into many subsystems and extract the common features of the different patterns, then construct a referenced system model of every subsystem. For different management pattern, we may amend its concrete management pattern feature components, and add it to the referenced system model, and then assemble the subsystems into management system. We can develop the business software system for many different enterprises agilely in this way
