Abstract
This paper first introduces the foundational of game theory, then makes qualitative and quantitative analysis on the game activities between enterprise and software house during the implementation process of software project, lastly gives several pieces of advice for achieving "double win" during the game between enterprise and software house. The process of enterprise\´s implementing software project is a kind of cooperative game and dynamic game happening between enterprise and software house. This paper analyses the specific game process of this project game and draws a conclusion that this game will achieve Nash equilibrium that they all reap their own maximal profit only if enterprise ascertains the goal of the project, presents enough requirement to software house, and software house gives enterprise correct project solution and product, and they cooperatives positively and actively
