Research on Synergetic Management Pattern System and Its Implementation for Manufacturing Firms

The paper based on self-organizing theory studies a new management pattern that can make manufacturing firms adapt to the changing environment initiatively, and describes the methods on how to implement the management pattern. The paper, firstly, from two aspects of historical and statistical study extracts four major factors affecting and deciding the change manner of management pattern of manufacturing firms. Subsequently, the paper treats the factors as four subsystems of an integrated system called synergetic management pattern system to study their interrelationship. After obtaining the interrelationships between the main factors, the paper establishes an index system and a practical model used to evaluate the system´s coordination. The main innovation points of this paper are as follows: to study and understand management pattern of manufacturing firms from a new point of view based on self-organizing theory. To have established synergetic management pattern system of manufacturing firms and researched the interaction between subsystems of the management pattern.
