  • Abstract
    The intellectual capital is the most important capital in modern economics. It is the only valid method to improve core competence of construction enterprise to strength the management of intellectual capital. According to analyze constituent elements of intellectual capital, the index system was proposed by human capital, management capital, technology capital and market capital, index weights were determined by using AHP, the model was established by using fuzzy. Applications used by the model shows that the evaluation result can objectively reflect the intellectual capital management of construction enterprises, a new method and way was provided for evaluation of intellectual capital management, it has theoretical and practical value.
