Research on the Factors Influencing Stability of the Supply Chain Cooperation Relationships

Based on the theoretical analysis of the factors influencing the stability of the supply chain cooperation relationships, we establish a theoretical model of the important factors which affect the stability of the supply chain cooperation relationships. After doing the investigation in the companies in the eastern and western China, we got 117 formal questionnaires. We use SPSS statistical software to do factor analysis and 5 key factors influencing the stability of the supply chain cooperation relationship are educed after rotating the 17 influencing factors. We also use regression analysis and find the respective effecting degrees to the stability of the supply chain by those 5 key factors. Then we point out that communicate and credit mechanism is the most important factor which affects the stability of supply chain cooperation relationship among all the factors, which provides positive sustentation for enhancing the cooperate relationship between the supply chain enterprises
