Abstract :
We measured the survivability ratio of Escherichia coli suspensions in an impulse generator. The experiment are performed by using fixed R and C values and variable L values in an RLC discharging network and comparing the survivability in each case. The results show that the pulse waveform parameters in the discharging circuit are the critical factor in the sterilization
