  • Abstract
    Intellectual capital management in the context of knowledge-based economy are important means of the construction enterprises survival and development. According to analyze constituent elements of intellectual capital, the index system was proposed by human capital, management capital, technology capital, market capital, information capital, unascertained measurement model of intellectual capital management was established. Applications used by the model shows that the evaluation result can objectively reflect the intellectual capital management of construction enterprises, a new method and way was provided for evaluation of intellectual capital management, it has theoretical and practical value. Due to the ordered division of evaluation space, the resolution was improved by unascertained measure model. It has reliable evaluation result, it is a practical model.
