Abstract :
We present surface enhanced plasmonic coupling through hexagonal silver nanoparticles sandwiched between silicon slabs. Periodicity of the nanoparticles and coupling length is optimized using computational methods. Plasmons assist signal routing and coupling within the waveguides.
