Abstract

This paper firstly analyzed capability system of manufacturing enterprise and took enterprises in Zhejiang province where has comparatively advanced manufacturing industry in China as samples. Then the paper analyzed the relation between capabilities and enterprises´ performance through studying the change of capabilities in different enterprise with higher-performance, increasing-performance and decreasing-performance. Also the paper summarized evolvement rules of manufacturing enterprises´ capability. The rules can offer academic reference for dynamic programming of capability and forming of continuous competitive advantage
