Abstract
In virtual enterprise, the selection of enterprise with high efficiency to constitute a dynamic alliance is the essential issue for dynamic member selection of production function is one of methods for efficiency evaluating. Typically, labor and capital are two key input factors. However, in fact, key input factors may different from industry to industry in actual evaluation under specific circumstances. Based on attribute reduction of rough set theory, this paper firstly gets reduced impacts of efficiency in iron & steel enterprise. Then estimates their efficiency values using frontier production function. Finally, selecting the enterprise with superior efficiency value to constitute the dynamic alliance. This paper analyze the efficiency of 13 iron & steel enterprises in China, to prove the practicability and veracity of this method
