Abstract :
Estimation of the blood oxygen saturation in human retina has been done by using FDOCT data. This was achieved by using 1060 nm as central wavelength, 120 nm as bandwidth, which is optimized wavelength for imaging biological samples. Least squares method was implemented for data analysis. The estimated results of blood oxygen saturation levels in an artery and the veins are well comparable with existing methods, hence one can adopt this technique for the measurement of oxygen saturation levels of blood in in vivo.
