  • Abstract
Virtual Industry Cluster is network assembly of regional industry cluster. It is a functional entity collection of independent component organization correlated with a certain industry. It is a potential number pool which may form Virtual Enterprises. Virtual Industry Cluster is in a relatively stable state. It isn´t limited by region. The form of it is mainly depended on the internal forces between the component enterprises. Internal force is classified into attraction and repulsion which are competition and cooperation between two enterprises. The scale of the enterprises and the distance between each other determine the size and direction of the force. The internal force, that is the competition and cooperation, determines the location of the enterprise in the whole Virtual Industry Cluster. At last the mechanics network model of Virtual Industry Cluster is formed. This model shows certain resistance stability and restoring force stability of Virtual Industry Cluster. It is an automatic control system which as stable mechanism
