Abstract :
The present paper relates to a new scheme used in high speed and high precise IC assembly equipment. Firstly, the author presents a new Hand-Eye Separation motion platform. Secondly, according to the analysis of assembly and manufacturing errors influence on perpendicularity in this platform, this paper presents a new method for error compensate base on coordinate transformation. An application at RFID Packaging and Assembly Equipment is used to provide realism. The result shows that this scheme can help ensure the stability of equipment operation and improve positioning accuracy.
