Abstract
Considering the plant of the networked control system was multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO), and the sensors and controllers were time-driven, some of the sensors failed to transfer data to the controller because of the network bandwidth limit. The generalize plant modeling is given as a discrete linear plant with time-vary sensors´ fault. Using common Lyapunov method, the sufficient condition for the stability is given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Based on the solutions of their LMIs, the parameterize expression of the controller based on observer is given. Finally, an example was given to validate the method.
