Abstract
The paper presented is dedicated to developing a simulation model of an electronic system for measuring the load of railway vehicle wheels at an operational speed. The aim is to define the possibility to develop an electronic system for determining the value of force applied to the rail by the wheel on the base of the under-rail fundament reaction. The metrological qualities of the system defined through the model as well as good technical possibilities of its implementation have shown that the principle assumed is appropriate. The simulation model developed makes possible to determine the main parameters of the system with the particular requirements to it given and on this base to design the system.
