Abstract :
In Knowledge economy era, corporate culture plays much more important roles in breaking through the bottleneck of physical capital development in business. Business managers could not overlook the power of corporate culture have in gaining competitiveness. The core of corporate culture is the value system, which has influence on orientation and cohesiveness. Based on the general human value model developed by Shalom H. Schwatz and Wolfgang Bilsky, we study the working value of Chinese business managers, and identify the working value of Chinese business managers from motivation domains perspective and conduct the CFA of 7 dimensions model under the China cultural environment. Finally, we discuss how the results of the study could explain the managerial behavior and decision-making process of Chinese business managers under both traditional culture and open-door policy influence
