  • Abstract
    Dynamic competition environment and firms´ capabilities promotion require strategic transformation. Based on related studies, the article defines the conception of strategic transformation, constructs a structural model for strategic transformation of firms on the basis of organization learning. The model´s ideas mainly include some aspects as follows: First, organization learning leads to strategic transformation, and strategic transformation increments organization performance. Second, organization learning enhances dynamic capabilities, and dynamic capabilities ensure strategic transformation of firms. Third, strategic implementation power of firms influences the promotion degree of organization performance resulting from strategic transformation. Fourth, organization learning and dynamic capabilities together strengthen strategic implementation power of firms. Finally, conclusions and directions for future research are discussed
