Abstract :
Employees´ interests of SOEs are composed of 9 factors. Among them, job stability, experience, and human relations are best realized. Career planning, management participation, and pays are worst realized. Performance of SOEs was discussed in two dimensions: task performance and contextual performance. The former is driven by career planning, experience, and human relations. The latter is driven by affiliation, career planning, job stability, and benefits. SOEs should transfer more resources and efforts from improving benefits and working conditions to enhancing employees´ psychological affiliation to SOEs
