Abstract :
Commercial bank is a special kind of company with the character of high risk and high indebted. For this particularity, it must keep a certain scale and take "safety, payoff and fluency" as the management principle. Lately, Chinese commercial banks develop quickly, but the operation efficiency is in the lower level. We can take the appropriate evaluating and analyzing method to ameliorate the lacks of the existing method, establish the efficient index system, and analyze the operation efficiency of Chinese commercial banks
