Abstract :
The high-tech enterprises have already become a predominant power that pushes the development of society and economy. They also have a great influence on the improvement of the national competitiveness. The financial strategy plays an important role in corporate strategy. It is very important for an enterprise´s development to formulate and execute a suitable financial strategy. The concept and framework of financial strategy are discussed in this paper. Based on analyzing the financial strategy in Cisco which is a benchmark for high-tech enterprises, some important principles then are introduced to improve the high-tech enterprises´ financial strategy
