Abstract :
The ARX (autoregressive with exogenous input) parametric stochastic model is shown to be a powerful method for the single-sweep processing of evoked potentials. The reference signal used to identify the model is supplied by the partial average of a few consecutive responses, ending with the analyzed response. Comparison is made with a difference reference signal in terms of computation time and correctness of the filtered single response.<>
