Abstract
The ISO 9000 Series consists of five documents which address quality concepts, guidelines, system elements, and system models. The first standard, ISO 9000, describes quality concepts and provides guidelines for the use and selection of a specific quality system model. ISO 9001, 9002, and 9003 describe those quality system models. The ISO 9000 registration process is described here
