  • Abstract
    For the purpose of improving the water cooling effect of high speed wire rod, the spray characteristics of water cooling process is analyzed, the relations of spray pressure, spray flow and spray hitting power are researched, and the relational curves are built. The results agree with the theoretical calculation, which provides good condition for parameter set and optimization of water cooling technology.
