  • Abstract
    This paper has integrated the automatic monitoring system of water resources, and fully excavated the monitoring information contents, and introduced information fusion technology, and discussed and analyzed information collection and transmission and processing, and brought forward the system which has versatility and portability and scalability by using geographic information systems and databases and other tools. The system can provide decision support for flood control and drainage management and simulation and prediction of water environment and the supply and demand analysis of water resources, these will greatly improve the management and decision-making level of water resources, and furnish reliable guarantee for economic and social development.
