Abstract
Results of the constructive partnership between Intel and Arizona´s Community Colleges are presented. The Recent Technician Graduate Program is Intel´s vision for addressing the shortage of skilled technicians. One aspect, the Faculty Internship Program is described in detail. The highlights of this program include three key learning´s: Intel Environment, Classroom Impact, and Networking
