Abstract
The implement of technological innovation is a complex process that is influences by many aspects such as the R&D level, the investment, the managerial ability, especially the development of organizational innovation. This paper reviews some theoretical research about the structure-oriented organizational innovation, summarizes the characters of technological innovation, and analyses classification of organizational innovation. The dimensions of structure-oriented organizational innovation is composed of the level of formalization, the level of hierarchy, the level of communication, the level of decision-making and the level of horizontal integration. Research on the impact of structure-oriented organizational innovation on technological innovation from the five dimensions on the bases of the theoretic framework that is proposed on the foundation of innovation theory and organization theory
