Abstract
Article is devoted to the development of a new method of carrying out coagulation tests based on photometric study of bioliquid droplet samples. The initial methodology of carrying out experiments and the analysis of a shape of obtained photometric curves are given. It is defined that the most informative are the optical curves obtained at the receiver location in the optical focus of droplet test, formed after the coagulation process. Researches on improvement of the methodology of carrying out experiments in order to increase the sensitivity and repeatability of our method are presented. A methodology of reagent´s introduction to photometric cuvette was determined. A comparative analysis of the behavior of the photometric curves, depending on the method of reagent´s mixing is carried out. In process of determine the optimal characteristics of the optical system, it is found that the highest sensitivity is achieved by using small angular apertures of the receiving device.
